Smitty’s Service Advisors are coaching San Diego about automotive maintenance and making it fun!

Working in an Air Conditioned office.
Engage people every day. Make friends. No cubicles here.
Many of our customers are lifetime clients. We have 2nd and 3rd generation customers!
Work with up to date equipment. We use the latest version of Mitchell and Bolt-On software to run our shop efficiently and provide every customer with an awesome experience.
Challenges every day (we promise you won’t get bored)
Compensation: All this and we even pay you! (Based on experience and abilities)

Here’s just a few of the expectations we have for you:

Must love what you do.
Need to be able to work Monday- Friday (45 hours a week).
Your highest priority is to make sure that every customer leaves happier than when they arrived.
Computer skills are a must (Mitchell Manager a plus).
An organizational mastermind or at least the willingness to become one.
A good driver with a clean DMV record.
A person who is a great teacher, friendly and effective at motivating people.
You’ve got to genuinely enjoy helping people.
